This was our first time RVing and this trailer worked out very well for my wife and I. Trailer was very nice and the owner very helpful showing and explaining its various features and operations. He was also very responsive when we had questions throughout the trip. We blew a tire on our tow vehicle the night before we were supposed to return, and the owner was very understanding and adjusted our return window as we worked to fix the problem on a Sunday. Only complaint is that the BBQ grill was dirty and not ready for use. That said, we will definitely use this trailer again on a future trip.

Never!! Ever use this guy if you want to have peace of mind. I would give 0 stars if I could. The RV started falling apart from day 1. He did not empty the fresh water and dump tanks (yuck!!). When the levels were showing half full when I picked up, he made up some story about instruments being not good. I had to empty someone else's weeks old excrement the first time! Then I showed him the tanks were empty (see picture).
He patched up the front cover with wrong screws (see picture), which started falling apart while driving. I was courteous enough to bring it back and showed him he used the wrong screws (stainless sheet metal patch up job on carbon steel cover).
The dump tank hose (see picture) was stained in excrement! I had to borrow a clean one from a generous site owner who let me have an extra.
The stove had food particles and grease from previous use (see pic). Never cleaned it.
Outside stove had expired food packages and grease from previous owner.
Panel on slide out fell off the first time I slid it out.
Worst part, he took all the pictures the I SENT to him saying his RV was in bad shape, and used that against me to file a claim..a MONTH after returning hoping to just slide $500 past me. Never discussed anything at return..just said we're good! No txt, nothing (glad we used outdoorsy app to communicate so there's a record of everything)
I've filed a claim in my card to block it.
Very sneaky.

RV in okay condition. But the owner wanted us use the surge protector and we did. The surge protector went off during the normal usage. When we returned the RV, the owner hold $250 due to the “damaged” surge protector. I don’t think it is fair for us to pay for it. Bad experience.

Trailer was clean, well kept and had all the equipment/tools we needed for a great weekend. This was our first trailer rental and we will definitely be doing it again. Did a good job of explaining how everything worked and what we needed to know for a safe and fun weekend.

This was the experience that you hope for when renting an RV. It was easy. The RV was exactly as advertised. It was well equipped with everything that you needed, and many extras that simply made life easier. The trailer was perfect for our family of 4, enough room to not be in each others way when inside, but small enough to not be a burden to tow. We went up to Bandera in the Hill Country, and found it to be perhaps the prettiest place in Texas that we have ever visited. We will rent this trailer again.

We had a wonderful time . The camper was very spacious and my kids (4 and 7) loved the bunk beds. We will definitely be renting it again.
