Smoking is prohibited inside the RV. Evidence of smoke is determined at the sole discretion of Owner and will cause forfeiture your Security Deposit.The Apex Nano Travel Trailer requires an electrical power source of a minimum of 30 amps - 110/125 Volt AC, 60 HZ (via electrical inlet or generator). 30 amp Electric is needed to run the following items: Air Conditioner, Microwave, Interior wall outlets and to charge the 12 Volt house battery, as needed.
Any Portable Generator that puts out at least 30 amps of power is equipped to run the power for the travel trailer. If your generator will only put out 20 amps of power, you can still use it to run the refrigerator, lights or recharge the house battery as needed but it will not run the Air Conditioner or electrical outlets. AT NO TIME SHOULD THE TRAVEL TRAILER BE PLUGGED IN TO ANY OUTLET (SHORE POWER OR GENERATOR) WITHOUT THE SUPPLIED SURGE PROTECTOR. Michael was very responsive and timely on all communications with me. The Trailer was very clean and easy to manage for a 1/2 ton truck. We took it to South Padre Island with no issues what so ever and it made our vacation so much easier and comfortable I'm glad we found this trailer. Pick up and drop off was so smooth and Michael made sure that I understood everything with no problems. Again it was a great experience.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Please negotiate pickup/drop off prior to booking. Pickup is late afternoon as trailer may be coming back from prior rental, drop off is prior to noon to accommodate possible same day rental. If trailer is needed first thing in the morning that can be guaranteed by booking the day prior to your departure.
