Review summary (AI-generated from guest reviews):
- Very friendly and helpful: Kendrick is consistently praised for being friendly, helpful, and setting reasonable expectations for trailer usage, contributing to a positive rental experience.
- Spacious with notable wear: The spacious trailer shows signs of wear (peeling sofa, loose TV mount). Its AC is power-hungry, needing a 6500W+ generator, and the sofa bed has a noticeable bar with uneven mattress firmness.
