Your black and grey water tanks will be empty while the trailer will be loaded with a full tank of potable water and (2) 20lb. Propane tanks filled to give you more than enough gas to run the heat, cooking, and refrigeration for over a week when not hooked up. This unit is also equipped with a roof mounted solar system that will keep the batteries fully charged everyday. This trailer was made for off-grid camping where electrical/water hookups are not needed.Tank dumping, water and propane are included in the cleaning/prep fees for your convenience.
