***NEW Canvas Installed 02/2021*** This is a great little Fleetwood Yuma Pop-Up Camper. This camper is lightweight and can be pulled by almost any vehicle with a 2" hitch ball and electrical hookups (7 pin round or 4 pin flat). The camper has 2 fold out beds and would be great for a family with children. There is a large queen bed on one end and a full bed on the other end. The dinette can also be turned into a small 3rd bed if needed, but you lose the table for the night. The camper has a refrigerator, 2 burner stove, 10gal fresh water tank plus a 6gal water heater and a Furnace for heat on cool nights. When you pick up the Camper it will have the water tank and propane tank full and ready to go. The camper will come with a fully charged deep cycle battery. If running on the battery you will have lights and heat for about 5 nights. There is a 12v DC plug/USB to run electronics and charge cell phones when running on battery. The camper is easy to pull and sets up in minutes and is easy to take down when it is time to come home. There is no bathroom in the unit so you will need to be at a campground that has facilities or be okay finding alternate locations for relieving yourself. Renters will need to provide bedding. There are mattress pads and sheets but no blankets or pillows provided. Pots and Pans with cooking utensils are provided as well as service for 4 (plates, bowls, forks…).
This unit is only 1500lbs so almost any vehicle including a small SUV can pull the camper. You will need to have a 2" ball receiver hitch and a 7-pin round or 4-pin flat plug to pull the camper. A trailer brake controller is not required.

Jamie was incredibly helpful and flexible with our situation. The camper was great for our adventure. Thanks Jamie!
Jamie was professional, courteous and went above and beyond to ensure our trip was a success. His camper was clean, stocked just right and had everything you need for a relaxing camping trip. Highly recommend!

The app made it simple. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The camper was clean and everything worked well. Would highly recommend to anyone.
If you are going to rent a popup, rent this one! This popup was clean, tidy and well-organized. The canvas and screens are new and all the zippers work well. And, everything works as well--refrigerator, heater, water heater, lights, etc.
Beyond that, Jamie is extremely accommodating. He helped solve a hitch problem we had, and got our feeble trailer electrical connection working. He didn't need to do either of these--it was our responsibility to have everything in order. But, Jamie's motivation is in the right place--he wanted this to be successful, and he wanted us to have a good time, which we did.
Jamie has a very thorough orientation on how to set up the trailer, and I appreciated it. Remembering all the details stretched my memory a little, but I did remember everything. A manual with photos would be a nice review, but it would take a great effort to create one, and, really, a lot of this is pretty intuitive if you've ever used propane and battery-powered devices before.
I had thought about renting a model that wasn't quite so old (by years), but I'm very glad I didn't. Jamie has restored, maintained and/or replaced everything in this trailer, and everything is in very good shape. That, along with Jamie's sincere desire to make camping a good experience has sold me!
I'd definitely rent this trailer again.
We had a wonderful vacation in this camper! We had zero problems and a ton of fun! When we had questions, Jaime was very easy and quick to communicate with! The camper was spotless when we picked it up too! Definitely recommend!
Jamie was really pleasant and cordial to deal with, he answered my phone call when we experienced a slight hick up during a snow storm and subfreezing temperature, we were able to remedy situation almost immediately, all in all it was a good trip. My only regret is I didn't take any photos to post. JMA.
