Unit was clean and everything worked well. Bed was super comfortable. Scott went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. I highly recommend it.

First, I want to say what was positive about Scott and our experience. He was great at communicating, and was very gracious throughout. We met him on time outside of the Balloon Fiesta site and as promised he took the 5th wheel into the site and set it all up for us. Then he went through and explained all about the rig and how to work it.

Overall trip was extremely great. I enjoyed staying in the RV that was truly equipment with with everything that you can possibly think of; home away from home. Setting up a rental with Outdoorsy was a plus, and lastly working with the renter was superb and excellent. During the trip if I had questions or concerns the renter answered and helped with all the issues. Thank you all.

What an excellent way to see the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. While we were not able to go in our own RV, we did rent this unit and was more than pleased with the unit and our host. Scott kept in contact making sure were enjoying our time and had everything we needed. If your ever in New Mexico and need to rent this RV, don't look any more. This unit is roomy and comfortable.

My daughter and I had a great experience with Scott. The RV was exactly what was pictured and was perfect for us. We will definitely use his RV again in the future!!

Beautiful, luxurious and well-stocked RV plus excellent support from Scott! Being first-timers pulling a fifth wheel, he took the time to go over all of the systems and oversaw our hooking it up and using the hydraulic leveling system and slides. Despite a minor hiccup with the hydraulics (I’ve learned from prior experience that RV systems aren’t always reliable, so you have to be ready to change plans when things don’t go right) and hitch capture plate incompatibility, Scott came through for us and was flexible and supportive. A learning experience for us both -- I believe this was his first time, too.
Would do it again if I make the trek out that way and need a “luxury” place to stay.
