The Adventurer: 2018 Forest River Sunseeker 2400W Motorhome, built on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis with a V6 diesel engine, 5 speed auto. Smaller than a Class C, bigger than a Class B Van, and drives like a car! Stunning full body paint! Full wall slide-out with awning. Sleeps 4 with 2 in master queen and 2 in cab over bed (full), 2 tv's, generator, 200 watts of roof mounted solar panels, hydraulic auto leveling system, power awning. Coach includes 125 miles per rental night. This unit is not pet friendly. Smoking is not allowed. Bumper hitch mounted bike rack available at no charge. This unit comes fully furnished. We are the Myers Family of 5, and we love to travel and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. My wife and I started renting to share the opportunity of enjoying the outdoors, traveling, "roughing it" and for just getting away. Why make payments on an RV to sit on the side of your house all year long...rent one of ours for that perfect weekend getaway, family road trip, or even for extra room at your house during the holidays! Your special guests will have a place to call their own, with the comforts of home. There is some flexibility in our rental contracts, including pickup and drop off times. Delivery available! Some of our best memories have been made camping, fishing or sitting around a fire. What are you waiting for......get out and enjoy life! New Mexico is absolutely beautiful, and we are near many adventures, including Moab, Zion, Sedona AZ, Ruidoso, White Sands, Elephant Butte, Red River/Chama, Navajo Dam, etc. 1 or 2 days drive from Yellowstone National Park, Jackson Hole, Disneyland, etc. We have multiple RV's available, depending on your needs or towing capability, including a 31' Class C motorhome w/bunks, several larger travel trailers with bunks (1/2 ton truck towable), and several small (19 feet) & lightweight (#3000) units with sleeping for 4. All of our units include solar panels, cleaning supplies and all required equipment for towing and hookups. With all new reservations effective 7-1-21 all returns are due back by 2pm.

Coach must be returned clean (cleaning supplies are provided). No smoking of any kind! $1000 fine for violation of this policy! No pets of any kind (except for the specific pet approved units)! $1000 fine for violation of this policy! Black and grey tanks must be dumped and empty upon return. Propane must be refilled upon return. Gas tank (if renting a motorhome) must be returned full.

- Security deposit: $2,000.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $249.00. Required prep & maintenance fee, including exterior wash, tank sanitation, systems maintenance, cleaning supplies. It also includes laundry of all supplied bedding & towels.

The sunseeker was perfect. We wanted to dry camp and did not disappoint. We were out for a full week and had no trouble with power water or anything. The rig handled the mountains of the Gila with ease and had everything we needed. We flew in did a full walk around with the nicest kind man Ken and off we went! All we needed was groceries. The thing drove so easily! Well maintained. I would 100% rent from Ken again and any of his rigs. One complaint- we had to return it! We will be back to beautiful NM as soon as we can!

Ken could not have been more engaging and informative. By the time we left his shop we knew all that was needed. No surprises, everything ran well. The Sprinter was easy to drive and it all contributed to a wonderful two week vacation.

we had a great trip- our second one- with 505 RV Rentals. Ken is communicative, responsive and helpful. The RV experience is great. Units are clean, as advertised and very comfortable. We will continue to rent from Ken time and again.

We really had fun in this little Sunchaser, and especially appreciated it in the rain. Ken makes the whole experience very pleasant. One thing I'd note is that the Outdoorsy roadside assistance plan is terrible. If you have AAA, use them instead. Ken can't be blamed for the Outdoorsy lousy insurance plan, and in fact he made it a lot easier to deal with when the guys who showed up to change a tire had no tools !! Ken keeps the RV loaded with everything you (or the inept roadside assistance folks) need.
