We're a first time RV renter so we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but the constant communication with Salli-Anne made the entire process easy and bearable. She was helpful from the get go and answered all our questions without having to wait a day or so like many of the RV owners in this site. The vehicle is almost at tip top shape, given its year. It's fairly comfortable to drive, just like driving a big van! =) We didn't have any major problem with it, except for the time I couldn't figure out how to operate the hot water! (Newbie move) Overall, my family and I enjoyed the memorable experience and we're looking forward to doing it again next Summer! I'm glad we rented Salli-Anne's RV.

I had a few mechanical issues come up with RV. I was able to fix one on site with water pump. The other was a battery issue. The owners text me back immediately the few times I reached out with questions. I am confident they will do what they can to resolve the issues.

We enjoyed our trip and it was easy to organize with great communication from the hosts. Extra touches such as getting us wood in advance for the campfire was apprecitated. Some technical problems could have been avoided if the hosts had given us more detailed instructions eg. water heater, charging batteries enough for lights/fridge. Overall it was a great experience for our first trip with an RV.
