RV Pick up appointments are scheduled 1 week prior to Reservation and Drop offs are between 7am - 11am (Unless other arrangements are pre approved)
Renter is 100% Responsible for all physical damage. Vehicle travel is NOT allowed on Dempster, Dalton, Edgerton/ McCarthy, Denali Highway and Hatchers Pass. Renter has unlimited financial responsibility for negligent damage.
You are responsible for all Tire Damage, Dumping Responsibilities, Damage Responsibilities, Late Fees, & Fuel Top Off this includes Propane & Gas/Diesel Tanks.
I have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement and addendum which constitute this rental agreement and contract you have entered into. I understand that all other materials I am given during the rental are part of this contract. I understand that I am responsible for daily and weekly maintenance and for returning the vehicle in the same condition as it was received at the date and time shown above. I will not allow anyone under the age of 25 to drive this vehicle. I agree to pay $250 plus the daily rate per day for a late return. All tires must be returned if replaced. Damage done by renter, road hazard, curb cutting, etc. will not be reimbursed. Personal contents are never covered. If you purchase Dealer Insurance and there is a claim, you are responsible for any deductibles.
If the Unit is not clean, you are subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $350 for a Class A, $250 for a Class C, and $150 for trailers. It is understood that you are responsible for any charges resulting from the use of roadside assistance. There is no compensation for loss vacation time, spoils or any other things due to mal function of the RV. You agree that pets and towing are prohibited unless you have paid additional fees and have been approved to do so and if not disclosed, you agree to forfeit your security deposit and pay double the nightly rate.
A REMINDER PLEASE, NO SMOKING IN THE MOTORHOMES OR TRAVEL TRAILERS! We do not allow our vehicles to leave the United States. Drivers need to be 25 years of age or older and possess a valid drivers license. No special endorsement is necessary.
