Will need name, address and phone number of campsite location. The details of the location of the site for set up. Arrange time of delivery and pick up. Renter needs to be present at time of delivery to go over operation of trailer.Need to know time of delivery and very important to be on time to meet for check in. Communicate via text and phone the day before and the day of check In is required.
Awnings of the travel trailer rental are not to be used and if you choose to use it, it is at your own risk and at your full expense to repair if it is damaged during your reservation.
No pets allowed. No smoking allowed.
No Dirty Dishes to be left in the trailer and they are all to be cleaned and put away upon picking up the trailer or you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee from your Security Deposit.
No parties that result in damage to the trailer or removal of trailer from site.
Trailer is not to be removed from site after it is delivered.
The guest is fully responsible for the trailer and it's contents
