No Parking on the beach, No smoking, No animals/pets (except with approval), No Smoking, No fish in the refrigerator or freezer- A $500 cleaning fee may apply if any of the above are found. Rental should be returned clean, inside & out- a $99/hr cleaning fee will apply if the camper is not returned in rentable condition. Black/grey tanks should be emptied- $75 fee will apply if not done. Propane tanks should be refilled- $35+ cost will be charged if not done. A $50 fee will be charged if the camper is returned late. Renters are not allowed on the roof of Rental. Awnings on all rentals have been disabled. Any/all damage costs are the responsibility of the renter. Charges may include, but are not limited to, cost of repair or replacement, Parts, labor ($128/hr) loss of use, towing, storage or impound fees. Renter will be charged replacement cost for Add-ons not returned in good condition. Furniture and or upholstery will be charged for replacement- we do not repair.
