Hello! And Welcome! to your vacation. Please come in and sit back and relax. We have everything you need to have a great time. Meet Annabelle; she is your fully equipped RV with enough comfort to make great memories. As you enter the front door, turn right to find the kitchen with lots of cabinet storage, a sink, two-burner stoves, a microwave, and a midsize refrigerator that runs on electric/propane. The TV and JBL speakers are wall-mounted, hooked up, and ready for your enjoyment. Across the kitchen is the slide-out dining/lounge area. You can have your meals, play games, or curl up with a good book. This area will turn into a comfy sofa/convertible bed at the end of the night—the main bedroom has a queen bed. It also sits beneath the big window in the front of the RV. The bathroom is on the back end of the RV; it has a stand-up shower, hot and cold water, vanity mirror, sink, toilet, and medicine cabinet.

Hi there! I’m AnnMarie, entrepreneur, and mom. I bought this RV to take my daughter on road trips. We have not been able to go on a trip yet, but someday we will. In the meantime, I would like to let others make some fond memories of their own. We are happy to be a part of your adventure.

-No Smoking or drug use is allowed in vehicle; your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.

-If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.

-Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
Awning use is strictly prohibited if the breakable locks are tampered with or broken you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage.
