AR-ONE construction features include a one-piece seamless, rubber roof; a Poly Flex, one-piece underbelly covering, R-7 fiberglass insulation in sidewalls, roof and floor, and 5/8” main floor decking. The unit includes a water heater bypass system, winterization kit, systems monitor panel, an 18,000 BTU furnace with auto ignition and 12V electrical system with deluxe 120V 35-amp power converter..
