Please Read Completely AND Thoroughly!We deliver and set up within 75 miles of Round Rock, Texas for free! This IS a gooseneck adapted fifth wheel RV. We only rent as a delivery currently.With 4 slide outs, an outdoor living area, color changing awning lights, you may never want to go home! Our RV sleeps 10 comfortably!The living area has a leather full size foldout couch, 32” tv, DVD with surround sound, convertible dinette for 4 and a ceiling fan. Each fold out has pillows, sheets and blanket.The main bedroom has a queen size bed, 6 drawer dresser and a Huge closet. The main bath has a walk in shower with glass doors, sink and skylight. Bed has linens, pillows and blanket.The bunk house has a foldout couch, 2 bunks, a full size closet and a private full size bathroom with outdoor access. All beds have linens, pillows and blankets.The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, 3 burner stove, oven, range hood, farm sink, microwave, and tons of storage. We provide pots, pans, bakeware, cooking utensils, cutlery, bowls, plates and cups. There are also two hot plates for the outdoor kitchen area.Due to issues with previous rentals, we Require our RV to be delivered to a RV Park with full service and pull through sites. I will not deliver without site verification.

Hi! My name is Nicole and until July of 2018 we were full time RVers! My husband and I have 3 boys, 18, 15 and 7. They loved living in different places and seeing new things.
