Kevin was great! He was always on time, not only with responding to emails but delivering the unit & picking it up.
The unit was comfortable & clean & equipped with almost everything you'd need. My only suggestion is to have a small step stool to be able to get up into his high "comfy" bed. Being only 5' has its problems but hey, you can"t have it all.

This rental experience was GREAT! I'll definitely use Kevin again in the future given the chance. He showed up (Early per our request) as we were dropping in the river to float and when we got back it was all set up for us! Everything in the camper worked great!

We had a great time in this RV. It's immaculate inside and out. Mr. Hicks was extremely responsive, helpful and patient as this was our first time RV camping. We would highly recommend to rent this trailer and are already checking availability of the Bunkhouse for our next adventure.
