This couldn’t have been better! Dawn and her husband are SO LOVELY, extremely supportive when it comes to pick-up/delivery, the RV was in impeccable condition, with all the comforts we could need. We enjoyed our stay in their fab Minnie Winnie so much!!

Dawn takes great care of her RV and while we did experience the blower motor on the ac going out, she was extremely responsive and scheduled a mobile mechanic to repair it right away. The Minnie Winnie was perfect for our family of four and made travel very comfortable. Was great to handle, very clean and well cared for. Highly recommend renting!

The RV drives amazing and it handles easily and the AC works perfectly. Propane was full and the generator worked when needed. The cord to plug into RV parks was easy to use. One of my favorite things was the owner provided latex Gloves near the clean out hoses and the hoses were clean! Most RVs we rent have nasty hoses and no gloves available so this was a cool and thoughtful feature.

We should have known from the start that our dealings with the owner might be difficult since she was quite responsive to e-mails UNLESS they were questions she didn’t want to address. On more than one occasion, she did not answer questions submitted to her. When I went to pick up the RV, she mentioned that she might be selling it and after our trip, I understand why. This is only our 2nd time ever renting an RV and it turned out to be a bad experience.When we arrived at an RV Park on our 1st night, we looked for a cable to connect to the RV Park cable for TV and we could not find one. We also realized the bed in the back was not the best since walls on both sides make it quite confined so we were going to use the bed over the cab since it was pretty large. We inquired on the cable and ladder and she said she does not provides cables and the ladder was at her house.Then, while driving, the check engine light came on. Since the vehicle has over 140K miles on it, we were very concerned we would be stranded in the middle of nowhere. We took our vacation time to find a place to have it checked and were told it was the catalytic converter and that it was likely safe to drive with that issue. We were still concerned since it had so many miles that it would not have more issues. Even while driving it, it was so noisy, it was difficult to hear.About a week later, I asked about the deposit and credit she previously mentioned. She THEN said that she had gallons of black water which came out on her driveway. The tanks registered empty when returned. I find that difficult to believe since I dumped it earlier that day. It would have been helpful if the owner had provided a hose stand for black and gray water to properly drain the tanks. She also said the commode had urine on it. My wife and I are very clean and particular about any property we use. We spent a lot of time cleaning the RV and if, for some reason, we missed the commode (which I doubt because I thought I had wiped it down myself), then shame on us. I asked her why she hadn’t told me about the black water she claims was there and she said she didn’t have time, but she did have time to write me about the leak and then afterwards about the finding of the leak. She claimed no credit was a tradeoff. She then said she has recent health problems which I can empathize with but that should not interfere with our rental. She also asked why we just didn’t use the shower…even after she was so concerned about it initially. I guess our trying to do the right thing just wasn’t good enough for her. I assume the cost to fix the leak was the reason she did not provide a credit.

These folks are fishing for discounts. I answered all questions and I never received an email. Maybe the communication was not perfect because I never once heard from the person on the booking! Their trip was 4 days and I had a tech coming within 8 hours of the small trickle leak, their description to me, the check engine light was from a new cat converter confusing an O2 sensor. Motorhomes are loud. All of them. I do not provide a cable. They said they were going to sleep in the back so I didn’t include the ladder since it does get in the way. This couple was trying to cut the rates from the beginning and I was a little suspicious. They also brought my Rv back with black tank full and urine all over the toilet. Owners beware.

This was my family's first experience with an RV and it was awesome. Dawn did a great job going over everything before we took the keys, she was quick to respond when we had questions during our trip. The RV is clean and ran great. Looking forward to renting it again!

Dawn’s RV is really perfect. We went on a trip west with 4 adults and really just adored this little home. We were two couples, and the sleeping arrangements were quite spacious for us both. The fridge stated cold 100% of the time, the amenities were fully stocked with dishwater, coffee, paper towels, etc. loved how easy it was to use. Dawn was a breeze to work with. Highly recommend.

Dawn was incredibly communicative and explains the mechanics of the RV very well. This was our first time driving an RV and we went all the way across the country. The RV was reliable and well maintained, as well as easy to use. We highly recommend renting from Dawn.

Dawn is the best owner I have ever worked with. She is so easy to work with and a great communicator. She made me feel like a priority and was there for me if I had any questions (before and during my trip). We rented the Minnie Winnie and it was perfect for our family. There is way more storage space than expected and we had everything we needed! We drove almost 2000 miles with no problems at all! Thank you Dawn for being such an amazing host and making this trip happen for us!

Went smoothly with drop off and return, RV system was explained, unit functioned well. Quick showers to avoid filling up grey water too quickly. Back up camera made driving easier.

Not every trip goes as planned. While flying to our destination city for RV pickup, the vehicle experienced mechanical issues. By the time we landed, Outdoorsy concierge Casey had already emailed us to facilitate the rental of another RV. The process was efficient and Outdoorsy covered the difference in cost. Two days later we cancelled our trip due to the major freezing storms descending on Texas. Outdoorsy was professional and understanding and we received a refund of days unused. We will absolutely use Outdoorsy again. Dawn was great to work with and the RV was in excellent condition.

This review might be a little confusing to some, as it’s more about outdoorsy and not so much about my rigs and service. ANOTHER owner cancelled on this customer and I took my Winnie to them within one hour of getting a call from Outdoorsy. The rig had been winterized and I had to get it rental ready in record time. Unfortunately the weather made it difficult to continue this trip and it was ended early anyway.

Extremely happy with our trip in Dawn's Minnie Winnie. We slept 4 adults and one small dog very comfortably, and we had everything we needed for a great 10 day vacation. Dawn was extremely helpful and was quick to respond to messages. All in all a wonderful experience.

Great experience, Dawn is awesome, she gave a good tour of RV when I went to pick up and was up early to accommodate my time. Also I forgot one of my valuables and they messaged me and cane half way to return it, so nice of Dawn and her husband. The RV is so well kept and neat, amazing experience renting Dawns RV
