We enjoyed whole trip with this RV. Well maintained RV, clean and perfect size for three of us. Owner Dawn was really nice and responsible. Answered all questions very quick. Very friendly personality. I would definitely contact with her when I have another camping in Texas next time.

Our first RV experience and Dawn was such a great host. She was friendly and helpful throughout the trip whenever we had questions. RV is roomy and has everything you need. Would come back to rent again!

My wife, son, and I were able to take Dawn's RV on our National Park Tour. Leading up to the pickup, she was very responsive and helpful with some newbie questions. At handoff, she did a great job equipping us with useful knowledge to make our trip run more smoothly. On the trip, the rig did great. Surprisingly powerful engine while climbing the mts as well as plenty of storage and moving space within. The RV was very clean and had all the comforts needed when traveling with a toddler, while still leaving plenty of camping experience. We look forward to another opportunity to take it out!

I really can't say enough how fantastic of an owner Dawn is to work with - super helpful, responsive, and truly cares about renters having a good experience. My family rented Spirit for a 2 week adventure through NM, AZ, UT, and CO and the ease of use and navigation were perfect for our plans - large enough that we were comfortable but small enough to navigate through winding mountain roads. All in all a fantastic experience!

We are a family of four who have never used an RV to travel cross country before. Because of that, I am very thankful that Dawn was very helpful with her knowledge of how to use the RV. She always responded quickly to any question I had and overall a very positive person to work with. We all loved the fact that you can eat cold or hot food (yes, that is a glorious thing), use the restroom without stopping, sleep whenever you wanted and play games all these things as you drive!!! It was great!!! If we do the RV life again, we would for sure use her RV's again!

We rented the RV to stay on a ranch for a long weekend with friends and the RV performed as expected although very loud on the highway. We returned it as clean as we received it and with just under 3/4 of a tank of gas, same as we received it. I told Dawn about the AC service door that had fallen off through no fault of ours and how the plastic clips were deteriorated and wouldn't hold it on securely, so I had placed it inside so as not to have it blow off on the way home. That evening I received a $145 charge against my deposit labeled "Refueling fee". I texted Dawn and asked her about the charge and told her I had put $200 (about 45 gallons) in and we had only driven around 325 miles, so if we had used 77 gallons of fuel on the trip it would calculate to just over 4 miles per gallon. Dawn responded that it was actually a fuel, generator use and AC cover damage charge. I told her we shouldn't pay for old parts on an old RV that break through no fault of ours and that at $3/hour the generator fee couldn't be that much as we only used it when sleeping and part of the drive back because there is no AC in the rear of the RV when driving unless the generator is running. I contacted Outdoorsy and questioned the accounting for the charge and they haven't given me anything after almost a week. So to sum it up, I felt like we were very good renters and were overcharged after the fact. $792.94 + $145 would have been better spent driving a comfortable car and staying in a nice hotel. It was a three-star experience soured by a petty RV owner and no support from Outdoorsy.

Returning late at night without consent is a $100 charge by itself. Refueling fee is rounded up to closest dollar amount of market price, easily avoidable if you refuel yourself, urine on and around toilet is avoidable, food spills on seats is avoidable, the broken panel on this 1 year old rv was as you stated, “broken by my friend backing into it”, ($5 charge) 30 hours put on the generator which has to be professionally serviced every 100 hours. As for gas mileage, you’re going to get about 10 miles to the gallon if you drive and run the generator at the same time. I’m sorry that these normal fee occurrences may seem petty, but I actually gave you a huge break. Thanks for the first ever negative review 😓

We had a fabulous time as "newbie" RVers. The RV was a little bigger than I had expected (my fault - description was correct) but it handled great and there was more than enough room for what we needed. Dawn was very patient and prompt with answering our questions. We came back a litlle early due to concerns with the incoming winter storm but I can't wait to go again and would definitely rent from Dawn again.

The Sprit lead us betwixt Big Bend mountains, over rushing rivers, and into the heart of Christmas with the fam without batting an eye. Dawn was incredibly helpful and responsive to all my questions in a timely, friendly manner. Great people, great trip, great experience.

We loved everything about this Rv and Dawn is such a joy to work with. She was very knowledgeable and supported us through our first RV experience to West Texas. She gave us very clear and easy instructions to make sure our journey ran smoothly & we were impressed with all that the Winnebago had to offer. Talk about glamping experience! I think my favorite part (Among so many other features) is the bed which slides out when you’re parked. My husband and I were super cozy! We were able to connect my laptop to the Tv (there are 2!) and enjoyed a few movies. They also had board games and dvds available. The microwave, stove & fridge were incredibly useful on days we didn’t feel like eating out and just wanted to heat up left overs. The RV ran super well in the city as well as the open road. Highly recommend taking a ride! We had a blast!

We had a great Christmas ride. Like a home, there were some minor issues such as water pressure regulator and awning; however, Dawn/owner was very supportive and helpful resolving issues with urgency. Don't expect a perfect RV with 100% no-problem machine. But you can always depend on Dawn to take care of it. I truly recommend Dawn!

Stop scrolling for the perfect RV you found it it’s here. This RV was Beyond perfect. Easy to drive and get around. Plus it has all the storage you could even need. When we picked the RV up it was immaculate and clean. Plus the owner was really helpful in going over all of the components since it was our first time renting one.

We really had a fantastic time! This was the perfect RV for our first trip. The fridge/freezer are huge and the unit has SO MUCH storage throughout. I'd recommend no more than 3-4 adults in the RV. Anything more gets crowded fast. Dawn was wonderful to work with and was very accommodating when we discovered a leak while away. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this RV again and certainly won't hesitate to rent from Dawn again.

Just returned from an amazing trip to the five national parks in Utah. We are so glad we chose one of Dawn's rvs. She is absolutely fantastic and super fast communicator.

We had a fantastic journey with the Spirit from Dawn. She answered messages within minutes every time we had a question. The spirit was perfect for our small family of three. It drives easy and the air conditioner works great! One mechanical glitch aside, not her fault as this was the maiden voyage on a brand new RV, we had a perfect experience!
