What's included

The kitchen is equipped with a pot and pan for indoor use, silverware, spatula, serving spoon, paper plates with paper plate holders, can opener, wine bottle opener, a variety of seasonings, dish soap, kitchen wash rags, scrubbies & kitchen towels. We stock a basic supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and garbage bags. Also you will find a broom, dust pan and Clorox wipes for easy clean-up. We will provide waterproof mattress covers and sheets. Please plan to bring your own bedding, pillows and bath towels.
Although we hope you never need it, we include a first aid kit and fire extinguisher.

The camper has a Bluetooth speaker so you can crank some tunes and a Smart TV to stream your favorite shows. Feel free to bring a DVD player & DVD’s if you wish. We provide a 9x12 outdoor camping mat to use under the electric awning to help eliminate sand and dirt inside the camper. There are 2 collapsible camping chairs and 2 marshmallow fire sticks for use around the campfire. In case you want a game night, you’ll find a couple decks of cards, dice, Uno and Farkle for fun!

Other things to note

The dry weight of this camper is 3,350lbs. Please check your tow vehicle owner's manual for info on your towing capacity. A weight distribution hitch is available for rent if needed.
Please see Add-on's. Per Minnesota State law, you must have an electric brake controller and 7-pin trailer light wiring, and they must be in complete working order. We can provide a wireless brake controller for an additional fee. Please see Add-on's.

You must be at least 25 years old to rent the unit, and you will need to provide us with Proof of Insurance on your tow vehicle prior to pick up.

The minimum rental is 3 nights.

Camper return time is 11am. a $50.00 charge will be billed for every one hour past the due time.

This unit has a propane tank. We do not supply propane. If you would like us to provide a full propane tank the fee is $30 a tank. See Add-ons.

A generator typically isn’t needed if the campground has electricity but we do have a couple different options for rent if available. Please see Add-ons.
