We enjoyed renting Austin's RV for a family lake weekend! Austin was easy to communicate with and stayed in touch during booking, delivery, and pickup. The RV is very well stocked and is well spaced out so that everyone was comfortable. I would definitely rent from Austin again.

This was our first time staying in an RV. Everything went perfect. Austin brought and set up the camper early so when we got to the campsite it was ready!!! Great week in a very nice camper. Checkout day he was back to pick it up. We are planning our next trip😎😎🇱🇷 Thank you Austin and Outdoorsy !!!!!! I recommend to pay the little extra to have it setup and taken👍

Well, this was the weekend from hell. But, not because of Austins trailer. The weather has been 100 degrees plus with high humidity, so I knew we would be running the AC 24 hours a day. So, I bought a new generator that would not start, had to go buy another new one. It was able to run and power the AC and all accessories, TV, chargers etc.... 30 amp system works well. That kind of heat and humidity is too much for a single AC unit, so it did only provide moderate relief that was welcomed by all at whatever degree possible.
Overall, this unit was exactly what we needed. Only downside was that the unit might have been a little cleaner. There is an odor in the head, but that is easily mitigated by opening the vent and turning on the fan. Superior Value compared to others.

I should not give this any rating, but giving one. RV was dropped off and setup by Austin(owner). He showed me everything how it works, however next day water started leaking inside floors and shower didn't drained. I took pictures and sent to owner and was told to shut off main water line if not using until he comes and see the issues. I also took pictures of tank's meter not working. We didn't use water for two days due to RV was leaking water. I was also suggested to drain gray water tank on site by owner if issues gets worse, but I'm glad I didn't do it, because found out there is a hefty fine for it. When owner came and inspected I was told that pressure water valve is the issue and we didn't had anything to do with any leaks. Now owner wants to charge me over $1000 in damages that we didn't do and blaming us for all damages. I'll not be hold responsible for any defects that was in RV and any damages not done by us.

Good Afternoon, I have a signed contract from you showing your understanding on how the camper works as I was there for an hour doing a walk thru showing you in detail everything on the unit. The camper was perfect at drop off no issues at all. Side note: You did in fact drain the grey tank I have photographed proof of the tub full of water that you sent me and empty before the camper was moved. I even offered to come to your site at 8:30 at night to drain the tank and you messaged me telling me that you took care of it not to worry about it. Water just doesn’t disappear. Once again another lie on your part. At this point I have no choice but to turn over the pictures to the park ranger. I am sure they will be in touch. I am so sorry that your experience was not up to par. I have rented out my camper for months now and I have renters raving about how nice and how they enjoyed their stay. I wish you all the best and I hope you enjoyed your stay. I recommend that you pay attention to the walk thru so you have a better understanding of how a camper works next time. Have a great day- Austin
