I'm excited to take the family to places we haven't been before, to experience climates we have not before, and to go relax in our favorite campgrounds. We recently purchased this motor home. We spend a lot of time remodeling it and fixing it up. We have thoroughly enjoyed camping in it and would like to share the experience with other families.
The trailer has a sink with running water, hot water heater, toilet, outside shower, inside shower, heater, Air Conditioner (the air conditioner can only be used when plugged into power. Cosmetically there are plenty of blemishes but nothing that will stop you from enjoying the camping trip. It's roomy once set-up with the dinette sliding out. There is an outside stove. All the drawers are empty, so you can bring your own pans, plates, silverware, etc. Works out well during COVID and also simple clean-up. Bring your own bedding, there are two king beds, and the Dinette turns into a bed. The trailer has a large storage compartment up front. Currently it houses wheel chocks, a wheel leveler, hoses, outside shower tent, outside stove, and a few other things. There is room inside the tent trailer it's self, we have been known to pack it with some sleeping bags, hammock, large ice chest, and food, to keep the vehicle less crowded. The toilet inside is great for when people have to go in the middle of the night. Also it has an inside shower, great for washing dirty feet before bed. Includes use of a 100 Watt solar panel battery charger. Great for running the heater at night and recharging the battery in the day.

Nathen went above and beyond to accommodate us. The trailer was in good condition and was so nice to have for a family of four. Could fit 2 more kids easily. Great experience!
