The condition of the RV is substantially worse than represented by the photos. While the RV was functional, the shape of the interior was substandard. For example, bungee cords were needed to hold in the drawers. Cabinet veneer was repaired with duct tape. Where not covered by plastic, the carpet was dirty. Window screens were missing. The latch for the screen door was broken. The owner used painters tape to really fix a mirror to a cabinet during the pre-rental inspection. The awning was not available for use.
As experienced RVers, this was our first time using Outdoorsy, and we were rather disappointed.

Overall the motorhome was great. It worked out perfectly and did exactly what I was hoping. Sleeping 3 in the motorhome is perfect. Thanks Sam!

It was very easy to rent from Sam Thai. He realized his camper had many knicks and dents, so was not fussy upon return. Since we were coming from another state and flying, I had asked Sam if he could include some utensils, pots, pans and sheets. He gave us a few of each which helped.

Sam was very friendly, yet professional. He was able to show us how everything works on the RV and share with us his personal experience with the RV. He was able to provide us with a few extras to make our trip easier. I would rent from him again and tell my friends and family to do so as well.

Great RV. Perfect for a small family. Sam has wonderful communication and is very flexible with times. RV runs great. The air conditioning is so cool. Clean spacious. What a wonderful experience. I would rate a 10 if I could.

Pick up was easy and information was available. RV was clean and ready to go. Only issue was the generator would not run so very hot trip on the hottest part of Memorial weekend. Returned early due to no air conditioning. Otherwise a great experience.

Sam was great to work with and helped make our trip enjoyable. I so appreciate him The RV was clean and comfortable. Missing some things in the kitchen that would have made it a little easier. But we made cookies over the fire instead and had a blast doing it. So, we just made more great memories. I woukd absolutely rent from him again.
