Just replaced new queen size BED tempur-pedic memory foam mattress 6/2/2020
NEW roof vents and Roof AC unit replace . SO everything is nice now .

Recommendations
Bring paper plates and throw away bowls not fun to do dishes when enjoying vacation.
We have been to Pillar Point RV half moon bay CA , Dillion Beach RV campsite , Slypark CA , Lake Tahoe NV all these places are nice and close by . Short quick vacation get away .
Other things to note
Small dogs ok for a cleaning fee $40 , Sorry no big pets dogs over 40 lbs
NO smoking and no Towing allowed . 4 nights rental is required minimum rental
Return RV back same condition as given or a $60 cleaning fee will be charged
and dump out grey black water or a $60 dumping fee will be charged .
Fill gas and propane to full as given or a service charge is applied .

Sam was great to communicate pick up/ drop off. The RV was very reliable, we didn’t come across a single issue even after driving from CA-NY and back. I would definitely rent from Sam again.

Sam was very courteous and accessible. Mechanically, the van was in excellent condition. The generator starter went out on our trip, but Sam was very helpful in letting us get it fixed. A previous review mentioned the mattress was worn out. He replaced it before we took it and that issue has been dealt with. The mattress was very comfortable. The table still needs to be replaced. It was difficult to work with.
Otherwise, it was a positive experience.

Pros: one of the cheaper options nearby. The motor runs great, easy to handle and seat is comfortable. The basics are for sure there: a place to sleep, eat, shower and restroom.
