BM Pass Fee

This fee applied to get a pass/ticket for vehicle to be delivered to the playa. Unless the customer will drive a vehicle himself through the main gates.

Dumping fee

Dumping fee $50.00 applies if the Grey and Black holding tanks are coming back not drained. Make sure monitor level panel also shows empty on Gray and Black Holding tanks. Each RV includes Sewer hose and water hose. Each Campground has its own dump station and provide water for flushing holding tanks. You can also find dump station at some Gas Stations/Truck Stops, such as TA, Love's, Pilot....

Cleaning fee

Minimum Cleaning fee charge applied $80, depends on a size of the RV. Please, keep refrigerator cleaned, bathroom, toilet, stove, oven - those are the main common areas we are paying attention to. Make sure there is no stains on the carpet and cushions.

Nice layout of trailer, and with a bath tub! The rear bunk was hard as a rock! It would have been nice if the rear bunk window opened to get a breeze while sleeping!
