After discussions with the owner about the myriad issues we had with the rental, he offered us a partial refund. It sounds like he'll be making improvements to the RV and its condition for future renters

Great customer service. Unfortunately I had to cancel my booking due to COVID but I wanted to leave a nice review to let everyone know that throughout the entire process of me booking and then cancelling, the renter was very helpful and had great communication and was great at answering all of my questions. I plan to rent from them as soon as I can.
