2018 Shasta oasis

First off thank you so much for taking interest 2018 Shasta oasis 30qb slide out. This unit is my personal camper it can sleep up to 10 people but i would say 8 comfortably.P ull out sleeper sofa and u shaped table that also turns into a bed which is where the slide out is located making a spacious living area . 3 burner cook top, microwave, fridge and double kitchen sink. This unit is also equipped with a bath tub so the young kids are still able to take a bath. Has master room with queen bed two separate closets to hang clothes as well as a flat screen mounted in that area all located in front of unit. It also has quad bunks in the rear for the kids or can sleep four grown adults. Unit has power tongue jack, electric awning with awning lights, outdoor speakers ,Bluetooth radio, ducted ac through out the unit. Comes with pots, pans utensils pretty much everything but your personal stuff. I provide at no extra cost fold out chairs, as well as a gas camping grill. Delivery and set up is available for a fee . Unit is 30 amp service weighs empty unit is 30 living 35 over all length . If you have any questions or concerns feel free to give me a message. if you are ever interested in renting and want to come do a walk through of the unit i welcome that as well. I have the unit listed as pets so i have a one time 25 dollar pet fee per pet would be added and if pet urine or stains occur that are not properly cleaned a 100 dollar pet clean up fee would be added. I also have a 150.00 cleaning fee if the unit is not returned clean in the condition it was rented which would come from your security deposit this will not be charged if done so. I also have a 100 dump fee if the tanks are not empty upon being returned. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the camper if so your entire security deposit will be kept so please do not smoke in the unit thank you for taking the time to read my listing and happy travels.
