Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.How much propane will we need for a week long rental?
A.
Trailer comes with 2 (two) of the 20lbs propane tanks that are full at departure. They have lasted outlasted our 1 week trips while cooking on stove, BBQing and running fridge 24/7 on propane.

Q.What are your cleaning requirements?
A.
Renter is expected to return trailer as clean as they receive it, including deep cleaning after removing personal belongings. We take pride in our trailer being very clean and expect same in return. If trailer returned uncleaned, a flat rate $150 cleaning fee is to be expected as a charge against your deposit.

Q.Fresh water tank and toilet waste tanks, what to do if those were used during rental dates?
A.
As with anything else, return things as you've received them! Toilet cassette is to be cleaned out and disinfected prior to returning the trailer, as far as fresh water tank, we recommend that renters open up the valve under the trailer prior to departure from camp spot and empty the tank prior to arrival for return. No point of towing extra weight of water thats no longer needed.
