Additional fees charged separately by the owner to cover costs like cleaning, prep, and maintenance.

• Bedding for 2$25

  Either 2 sleeping bags or a comforter plus two pillows. Be sure to add additional bedding if you have more folks in your crew.

• Cleaning fee$50

  Want to skip the final step before your return - a trip to the hand spray car wash and the free vacuums at the end of your trip?

  With the cleaning fee, we'll take care of it for you - and you'll get to ignore the end-of-trip email's directions to the car wash.

  Return the van washed and vacuumed to waive this fee.

  Obviously, either way, you'll take great care of the vehicle and return it in good shape (no spills, no stains, no sticky stuff inside) and no mud, no salt, no dents or dings or outside damage. Excessive dirt or damage may be subject to additional charges.

• Extra miles: Pay per mile$0.35

  $0.35/mile (over the included amount), calculated on return.

• Maps and guidebooksFree

  We have a library of maps and guidebooks available for your use, including detailed topographical atlases of mountain west states. Be sure to pop inside and grab what you need. No charge, but please return them in good condition.

  Lost or damaged items subject to replacement fee.

• Mileage included: 125 miles (200km) per nightFree
