I had to buy a whole new stove because the one provided (and paid for by me) was without a stem to attach the propane to. It cost almost $80 and I left the new one I bought in the van because I couldn't fly home with it. I'd like to be refunded for that. Van was ok. There wasn't any storage space for groceries besides underneath the bed which is a pain to dig out when you need something. Overall it was just ok.

Very nice and smart campervan! The service is also great (kindness and good communication). The only small weak point was the total of international bank fees, there are expensive...

We absolutely loved our week in the camper van, with its comfy bed, nice sheets and towels, and nifty kitchen kit. It drove well, was quiet and comfortable, had good A/C and heater, and got better gas mileage than we'd expected (about 17 mpg). We also received prompt answers to all questions from Brady, who was friendly and helpful. We did notice a few things that needed attention: the tires were virtually bald (yipes); and the kitchen kit could have used a sponge or scrubby, some detergent and a can opener (we wound up buying all three, but it would be easy to overlook, and then you're out camping somewhere with no way to open your cans or wash your dishes). Most unnerving of all was the fact that we realized early on how easy it was to accidentally lock the van by inadvertently hitting the button on either the driver's side or the passenger side door. And we had only been given one key, so we had to be super vigilant to be sure we didn't lock ourselves out. We'd strongly suggest providing a spare key to your renters. But these are small details that are easily addressed. All in all, we couldn't have been happier--the van gave us the flexibility to see the stunning Utah parks at our leisure, without racing off to a campground or hotel. We're already planning our next camper-van trip!

We loved our experience in the van! Brady was super easy to work with and was very timely with his responses to our questions, both before the trip and during the trip. We rented the small van for two adults and our 2 year old and it was easily enough room for the 3 of us. We highly recommend Wandervans!
