Everything about this interaction was easy.
Van was comfortable and easy to drive. The passenger style gave it more visibility than my personal car!
We spent our time zig-zagging thru Utahs National Park system. I never once felt unsafe or unprepared. Thanks Wandervans. See you very soon!

The ability to pick the van up and return it at our convenience, in our case very late at night, was a huge selling point. We have rented from other van companies and spent half a day either waiting to check in or losing our last day due to limited return window time slots. The Wandervan process was so much more efficient, just punch in the door code and we were on our way! The heater was also a life saver in the mountains, another perk the other vans did not provide. My deposit was returned promptly post drop off as well. Thanks for a great adventure, we will be a returning customer.

We LOVED our van! The bed was comfortable, the kitchen set up was great! The van we reserved had to go into the shop but the ppl in the office communicated the issue and worked quickly to resolve it. They went above and beyond to make sure our trip worked out the way we planned! I highly recommend renting a Wandervan on your next camping adventure!

I think this is a great concept. However, I would not rent through this company again. It seems like they nickel and dime you for every little thing. They charge you a cleaning fee but then expect you to clean or they threaten to charge you more. In the rental agreement details it says - avoid dirt roads or you’ll be charged if the vehicles dirty, they also charge you an exorbitant pet fee for a vehicle that’s meant for camping which is generally off a dirt road in dirt. Also a lot of the equipment in the vehicle was damaged like the hook ups light fixtures were falling off the walls -the curtains were ripped. My vehicle was supposed to come with the heater which it didn’t, fortunately I had my own. The little sink in the van is completely useless and takes up unnecessary space. I was constantly worried they would charge me for one of the many dents on the vehicle that I did not do. They tell you to take photos, but it’s impossible to capture everything at one time. The tires were low when I picked the van up (no tire gauge in the vehicle) and it wasn’t super clean when I got it. So overall I like taking the van but I would recommend a four-wheel-drive van and likely I would not use this company again.

The only things I would change, is to include a step stool, or attach some flip out steps. Older people, and people with mobility issues (like me), find it very hard on the hips and knees to climb in and out, multiple times in a day.
Otherwise, clean, easy to drive, and worth it!!!

What a great experience. Brady was a very responsive to any questions we had and our trip with the van was excellent. The van had just enough space and accessories to be comfortable without being fussy. We added the kitchen kit and, it too, had everything we needed. And, the bed was so comfortable!

Thank you! We really LOVED the van. So much that we are saving up to get you to customize one for us to buy. :) Our only suggestion is to put a foot pump in the sink instead of a hand pump.....more strength in your legs and also then frees up your hands to wash. THANK YOU, we had such a great time!!
