The RV will be cleaned prior to your pick up. We ask that it be returned clean. If you do not wish to do so or you don't have time, we'll do it for you for a $40 fee. This RV is all self contained. As long as you are near electric, between that and the propane everything will work great. You can use a generator with the camper but please do not store fuel or the generator inside the camper. I have a generator that can be rented as an add on as well.
