RV needs better maintenance. The queen size bed mattress is shot and needs replacement. Window shades were nonfunctional so you could not let light in or torn (front bed left of door). Strainer to sink is broken and the removable basket needs replacement. Floor and other surfaces were not clean. Repaired two other items while using....faucet aerator and drain cap under vehicle that was leaking. Tank level guages were not functional so you never knew what the situation was with grey or black water. Lee was easy to work with and helpful when texted. Layout of camper was excellent for this size. If problems were corrected would repeat renting.

We had a blast!!! It was the perfect size for two on a four day trip to Big Bend. Easy to set up, maintain, and use throughout our trip. Lee was so very prompt to return calls and communicate with us through text messages. I pulled this trailer with a tacoma and it ran smooth. If you want a get away from a reliable renter take this one! What a treat!

We had a great time and stayed warm and dry, despite the cold, rainy weather in southern Minnesota during our trip! The camper was perfect and Lee was great to work with for the rental. The kids loved the bunk beds! I would highly recommend renting this travel trailer for a weekend trip!
