Our travel trailer includes room for 4 people to sleep comfortably!
Our travel trailer is cozy, comfy and a great amenity to any camping trip!
We do allow pets, as we are also pet owners. We ask that you let us know what pets you’re bringing and please make sure they are well behaved.
What's included
First things first we are open for ANY communication at any time of the day / night. We can answer the phone. So please be sure to ask us for our contact information. We can help with hookup to your vehicle & go over the camper with you prior to you camping with us!
This camper will include a Mini Keurig for your coffee cravings first thing in the morning.
- Full propane tank for stove / fridge / furnace.
-We will provide towels and linens.
-We will provide plates and bowls.
-We will provide pots & pans for the stove (we suggest you bring plastic silverware for your camping trip)
-We will provide your chemicals for the toilet, sewage hose, water hose & surge protector for a safe and convenient hook up.
- There will be board games provided for the kids! (We also have kids and honestly these come in clutch!)
- Kids camping chairs (three included)
-Two adult camping chairs included
-Coleman Propane Grill / Stove included.
We can provide a cooler if you need one, but PLEASE let us know ahead of time.
Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome! However, mentioned above please be courteous and clean up after your pets.
-We strongly urge you to bring your pet a kennel if they’re kennel trained that can fit in the camper. We removed our dinette to accommodate our XL kennel for our fur-friends!
Recommendations
We recommend you take the camper wherever there is a 30 AMP hook up w/ water and sewage hook ups as this would be the best bang for your buck!
We specifically like to spend our time in Galveston at the beach or Rockport Beach! However, we have enjoyed Ruidoso, NM in the mountains & Daytona Beach, Florida!
Other things to note
-Please be sure to empty your grey & black tanks or we will charge $100.00 fee to remove waste.
-If you bring pets and they’re responsible for any damage in the Travel Trailer you will forfeit your deposit.
-Please wash / dry towels if soaking wet and do not leave them in the laundry hamper. If linens are soiled but not soaking wet you can leave them in the laundry hamper and we will clean them when your return the camper.
-Please do not allow slide on outside of camper to overextend, please stop pressing the ‘Out’ button once you see the black tubing at the top.
-Please do not unplug A/C unit.
-Dirty dishes / pans need to be rinsed out and washed. We will have dish soap and sponges available for you.
The rest is up to us upon return!

We rent the trailer for our grandsons to stay in over the Thanksgiving holidays. It was great. It gave us the extra sleeping room we needed. It was delivered and set up next to the house so it was so convenient. No one needed to travel back and fourth.

The camper was clean, organized, and in good order. It was easy to tow with my half ton truck and handled well on the highway. The floors were easy to keep clean.
