I had a great time on our Western National Parks road-trip in the 19' Sprinter Van. I think that this van is great if you are heading to a single destination and setting up camp. If you are used to an RV, maybe this is not for you. I have been on road trips in many truck, vans, and cars and this was a step up. It provided everything I needed. Nathan was very helpful and communicative through the entire process and everything worked as expected. I have no complaints, my only suggestions to anyone renting:
1. The hot water shower can get pretty hot and fluctuates from hot to cold often, even when set to minimum. I just barely opened the propane valve or shut it off completely.
2. The cab is pretty noisy. If you are going to one destination then it shouldn't be a bother, but we drove 3,000 miles and were on the road every other day for 4 or more hours. Quite a difference when we go back into our car after we returned.
3. This particular van was older and pretty used. The ceiling/exhaust fan was was pretty caked with dirt and gunk, but easy enough to remove and clean, so no real complaint. And the passenger door can be difficult to open. Had to slam the doors shut too.
4. Depending on when/where/how long you are driving, the floor of the van can get pretty warm. I made sure that no bags with groceries or water were left on it.
5. I did experience one mechanical issue, the windshield wiper motor gear was stripped, but was able to fix it temporarily on the road.
Will most likely rent from Van-Craft again, and recommend to my friends (the ones who know how to make the best of what life gives them).

We had an incredible trip with VanCraft! The van was the perfect all-in-one package that made it so easy to travel to and from places in the Southwest. We were also glad we got the short wheelbase for easy parking at trailheads and commercial lots. The VanCraft staff was on call when we needed them, and helped up resolve issues quickly! I also love that they encouraged us to get off-road and explore lesser known areas. We were VERY thankful for the backcountry camping suggestions, apps, and tips they gave us before we left too. Highly recommend!!

The service and information provided was very helpful and detailed.
Overall the vehicle is cool and functional. The vehicle had a bad odor and the coverings to keep the camper dark are not super functional (a few of them did not work at all)..
