The living room features a couch (Sofa Bed), 2 tables, and 2 lounge chairs. I also include a 32” LED TV, DVD player, antenna to pick up local channels and Full satellite with 150 plus channels thanks to Dish TV.Other RV Features and Requirements include:
- On-board 20 gallon fuel tank
- 2 propane tanks on-board
- Most 1/2 ton truck towable (must have trailer brake)
- 13 feet of garage space. Fits most side by sides (RZR 4 Door Fits) with plenty of tie down hooks**Please Know Your Truck Absolutely Needs A Trailer Brake Controller. Please feel free to ask if you don't know if your truck has it.***RV Trailer rides high so if you have truck with low ride height please have an adjustable hitch 2-5/16 ball with a tongue weight rating of 1,000 pounds and weight capacity of 10,000 pounds of or more. We recently took trip to Campland in San Diego. This was our first experience with our 2 young daughters(ages 10 and 8) going camping. They had a blast. It was my first time experiencing all knowledge you need to know while staying in the trailer. Believe its a lot to take in! Enrique was very helpful delivering and returning the trailer from our campground. He also waited for us to arrive in order to give us a quick lesson on everything we need to know on how to operate the trailer while staying in it. We rented his trailer while Covid 19 was ineffect so Enrique was very limited what essentials he could provide us in the trailer but the next day when I asked him if he could provide us with some pans and cooking utensils to cook some breakfast, his wife went out of her way to deliver them to our camp site. I would definitely go again and rent Enrique's toy hauler. Thanks again to Enrique and his family

Enrique explained everything we needed to know. He was punctual, helpful and friendly. Enriques trailer was clean and well maintained. Enrique provided us with a bbq grill which made our travel much easier. We had questions during our trip and Enrique responded right away. We will definitely book with Enrique again.

The RV was clean, was very easy to use. Enrique set us up at Campland and even allowed us to use his bbq to grill. I had a few questions during our stay and Enrique always answered right of way. I would recommend you use him.
