Ric was awesome. Quick to respond, informative, and made recommendations. Would use him again - no problem. He set everything up and all we had to do was bring our personal items in. Everything was in working order and clean. Kids loved their own room with bunk beds.

Ric was an amazing host, his trailer is beautiful and very clean. We got a great walk around, very good communication from start to finish. We were running a little late for check in, and he was very patient with us commuting from up north. The bed, outdoor kitchen and living area are perfect sizes. We especially loved the induction cookers, kept the mess of bacon outside. We will definitely be using Ric again for our trips down in SD. Thank you again for letting us use your amazing trailer.

Ric was very responsive and helpful. The trailer was nice and clean. However, had I known ahead of time that I would not be able to use the toilet, I never would have rented it. I was also a bit frustrated that it ran out of propane and we were without heat for a night. Ric was able to bring more propane the next day though. This was my first experience with Outdoorsy so maybe I didn't ask the right questions before renting. There's a lot I'd do different next time.

Unfortunately, Andrew, our blank tanks are only 20 gallons. Since your mother's backyard is not a functioning RV campground with no sewer hookups. It only takes a few days for the tank to fill up. You rented for 6 days with 2 adults and 2 kids. If there was an adequate sewer connection it would have been no problem. Additionally, if you leave the heater setting on auto with the windows open this will drain both propane tanks as the heater will run all day. Wish you the best happy camping!

Ric was a great host. Everything on the RV worked as it should and we had no problems. The bunk beds were a nice feature and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely rent from Ric again!

Ric was incredibly easy to talk to and would respond with quickness. The Keystone was priced fairly including the fees. The trailer is clean and spacious with a cabin for privacy on one side and a queen suite on the opposite end. The cabin was a perfect space for our child and he loved it. He even used the cabin as a quiet space for virtual academy lessons.

My wife, daughter, and I rented Ric's Camper for several days and it was a smooth process.
