This beauty is a 2021 travel trailer with a Quad bunk system by Springdale, 50amp power with Dual a/c units, the 15,000 btu united is ducted throughout the trailer with a digital thermostat & the 13,500 btu is in the master bedroom.
Tons of storage space in the passthrough, under the table, under the couch & under the master bed for all your gear.
DVD/USB player connected to the 65" tv in the living room.
Dual refrigerators, outside & In. Inside refrigerator compressor uses 12v and can run on the battery alone in case of a loss of A/C power.
What's included
Your whole family will fit into this home away from home. The perfect unit for large families or families with older children who prefer some privacy.
Outdoor features - The outside of the RV features a large awning, an outdoor shower, a outdoor Speaker system and LED lights. The outdoor kitchen provides a place to cool your drinks while you are hanging at the camp fire, provides a place to cook up a meal so you don’t heat up the RV. The outdoor kitchen also has a quick connect gas connection.

Adjacent to the outdoor kitchen is the outdoor shower for those times you need to clean your hands, dishes or clean the kiddos off before going into the RV.
Sleeping - This Travel Trailer can sleep 10, 4 in the quad bunkhouse, 2 on the master bedroom queen, 2 (smaller persons) on the pull out couch and 2 (smaller persons) on the dinette that turns into a bed. All linens and pillows are provided including a towel for each person.
Extras - 3 smart TV’s are installed for those very rare rainy days. Hooks are provided throughout the travel trailer (TT). All basic essentials such as cookware, serve ware, etc. are provided in the RV for your convenience.
*A Keurig coffee maker with K cups, creamer and sugar is also provided to make those mornings that much better.
The prep fee of $100 includes a one time dump fee for the sewage and grey water and the cleaning and sanitizing of the unit.
Full hooks up are required.

Delivery/Pick up within San Diego can be accommodated almost any day however the time will need to be discussed with us to work around normal but flexible work hours. Fee for delivery/pick up within San Diego, CA is $200.
Delivery/Pick up to Julian, CA can be accommodated for a fee of $400 however both delivery and pick up will need to be on a weekend day and therefor requiring a minimum night stay of 6 nights.
*Military families - we can deliver/pickup onto any of the bases within San Diego, CA

No smoking is allowed inside the RV but we are pet friendly!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are pretty flexible for pick up and drop off, weekdays before or after work are best for local set ups but if requiring a delivery / pick up to or from outside San Diego, we do require delivery and pick up to be scheduled on a weekend day with a minimum stay of 6 nights.
