Guests love it for first-timers

Guest review behind this vibe (5 / 5, February 2026):
> We had an amazing first van camping experience with Zona! As total van-camping newbies, we couldn’t have asked for a better setup or host. Keke was incredibly helpful and responsive from the very beginning — I reached out with lots of questions, and she was always attentive, patient, and quick to reply, which made us feel so confident going into the trip. The van itself is exceptionally well equipped. Everything you could possibly need is thoughtfully included — cooking supplies, coffee setup, fridge, shower, and more. It truly felt like a tiny, perfectly organized home on wheels. Zona was also surprisingly easy to drive, even for beginners like us, which made the whole experience feel fun instead of intimidating. One thing we especially appreciated was how thorough and clear the documentation was. The van came with detailed instructions, FAQs, and troubleshooting steps that were very easy to follow. On top of that, Christine gave us a super thorough orientation that helped us get started smoothly and set us up for success right away. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and an ideal first van trip. We’d absolutely rent Zona again and highly recommend both the van and the hosts to anyone considering van camping — whether you’re experienced or brand new like we were!
