Joe and Mike could not have done a better job. As this was a pop-up - they both spent considerable time going over the set up of the unit. Also, we had a few very minor issues with the camper and they were quick to respond and help out. The final positive was when Joe asked if we could text him and let him know that we arrived home (about 4 hours away and over the Grapevine) safely.
