Guests love it for luxury

Guest review behind this vibe (5 / 5, October 2019):
> My wife and I rented the van for our wedding and honeymoon trip around Nor Cal. Max and Jon were very nice and helpful with everything. The van was great. The lay out had plenty of amenities. The included gear was fantastic, I actually have a lot of the same camping gear at home. The pull out drawers with the kitchenette, cooler and water was very convenient and offered lots of little spaces for storage throughout the trip. The track lighting and all of the USB charger ports and plug locations made using our electronics a breeze. The bed was super comfy, as were the included pillows and camping blanket. There was a mechanical issue with the passenger side sliding door, it wouldn't open. Turns out their mechanic couldn't get it fixed in time for pick up. It didn't effect us at all. The guys threw in some extra equipment free of charge for the inconvenience, which we REALLY appreciated. My only personal complaint, I'm 6'3", so sitting upright in the back was a little tough for me. That's no one's fault but my own. I would happily rent this van again for another trip to Nor Cal.

Review summary (AI-generated from guest reviews):
- Communicative, Resolves Issues Quickly: The owners (e.g., Max, Jon, Pat) are highly responsive, accommodating, and proactive in addressing questions or issues, including mechanical problems and last-minute requests, ensuring a smooth pickup and drop-off process.
- Easy-Driving, Compact, Well-Equipped: The van is compact and easy to drive, making it maneuverable on narrow roads. It's well-equipped with essentials like a gas stove, cooking gear, and a comfortable bed. While generally reliable, some older vans may have minor quirks like sticky doors or temperamental key systems.
