We are excited to share our Sprinter Camper Van with you. It has brought us much joy and I know it will you too. The renovation of our 2008 Sprinter was a labor of love and an experiment in re-using whatever we had, therefore it is not super fancy, but what it does have is Everything you need to be self-sufficient. Most vans this size do not have a bathroom and especially not a fully functioning one. It has come in so handy on long drives with no bathrooms in sight. We have a large refrigerator because someone in the family likes to cook (not me). It's a pretty special build and done entirely by one person, my husband. His daughter and I handed him tools. :). So, besides the large refrigerator and fully equipped bathroom there is a two-burner gas stove, microwave, coffee pot or French press (just let us know your preference), BBQ, full-ish bed (not comfortable for really tall people), heater and air conditioner, solar panels, storage under and over the bed, TV and VCR, phone charge outlets, and fold out deck, and a retractable awning. The driver and passenger seats from a 2020 BMW M6 (a splurge, I know) provide a comfortable ride. You will have everything you need for a weekend get-a-way or a week-long (or more) adventure. Enjoy!

What's included

Fresh linens, towels, pots, pans and cooking utensils, 2x chairs, umbrella, coffee for the coffee maker, some staples like salt and pepper, mustard etc.

Recommendations

We have enjoyed weekend getaways to Pismo, Ocean Cove and a two-week trip to Washington and Oregon. Our favorite places were Long Beach and Ocean Shores in Washington. For new campervan-ers I would recommend a weekend trip up the coast or to the mountains, but for the adventurous ones head out for the week. I've fallen in love with traveling this way. It is far more enjoyable than hotels and the people you meet along the way will make your trip even more meaningful.

Other things to note

The biggest advantage of a 19' foot campervan is you can legally park anywhere. In a pinch even a Walmart parking lot will do. You don't have to stay in the right lane and you can zip around easily in cities. Please don't smoke inside the camper, treat it like it's yours and most of all have a fantastic time.

Vence and I are pretty new to the Camper van scene but so far we love it. We both have daughters from previous marriages. I have two grandsons. We have a German Shepherd dog, Tara, who goes with us when she can (she is 8 1/2 and having some issues). My favorite trip was our two week to trip to Washington and Oregon. I am ready to take it across country or up to Canada. Maybe when gas/diesel prices go down and we have more free time we will be able to do that. I have been in education most of my career and Vence has his own business remodeling kitchens and bathrooms.
