Recommendations
Setting up an outside kitchen is very appealing in nicer weather. Would encourage to bring a camping stove for that reason. There is a hose with a spritzer handle at the back of the rig for exterior cleaning of dishes etc.
Other things to note
This van is not 4Wd. No off-roading or fire-track roads. The propane tank hangs low on the underside of the vehicle and may hit the ground.
It's regularly serviced and maintained. Its 20 years old so please understand that hiccups may and do happen. It's great if you are somewhat mechanically inclined and willing to figure out problems if and when they arise. NO BURNING MAN, or summer trips to Death Valley please.
