First time Outdoorsy rental, excited to go out west with the kids. VERY BAD communication from owners. Being on a farm the farm flies drove us crazy. 600 miles down the road found out it had a major water leak when pump on or connected to hose. Could not use water entire 8 days. Broken doorknob on bathroom locked people inside all trip. It definitely was a memory maker! It drove great, everything else was fine. Upon contacting outdoorsy days after dropping it back off they offered us less then 10% of our rental back. We are very easy going folk but it took us to our limit with the lack of ownership. Wanted to leave a better review but they don't care.

RV was good everything worked great. A lot of supplies were missing like coffee maker, broom, pans, knives, cleaning supplies, and a few other things. That was my fault for not asking what was included and just assuming. It was a great trip and no issues with the RV.

We had a great time in this well appointed vehicle and would absolutely use it again.
