The trailer was able to sleep my family of 6 comfortable. The generator worked great and everything was supplied to help with maintenance, towing, setup, and cleaning

Have rented different things in the past and had 50% good experiences . I was extremely happy with everything
from start to finish with this rental. I am currently looking at renting again this weekend from Jonah Scott. Would highly

Batteries were really weak. Generator choke was broken so it would jump back and forth between choke and normal. Host nickel and dimes you. Communication was good but partner seemed ashamed of what other partner randomly charges. We were very cold two nights in a row because of the weak batteries and the intermittent generator. Poor communication on what host charges for.

Batteries are only a little over a year old - seemed like the fridge was set to much higher temp which could easily drain the battery when dry camping.
Generator is complimentary and not paid for by renter. We told them to let us know the day before if they need it but they didn't tell us until they got here. Generator works when we tested.
Renter didn't communicate any issues during their stay or at drop off. We would've worked with them to make sure they're comfortable and happy with their experience.
Pet fee is an added fee and clearly stated on our listing. It's usually charged after the trip and renter is fully aware of this charge.
Renter wanted to pick up at 1pm instead of usual 3pm. We accommodated and let them pick up at 12:30 and return at 2:30 instead of usual 11am.
Renter told us that they would leave a better review if we refund their money. This is an inappropriate behavior and one we don't tolerate. Renter has been reported to Outdoorsy for their behavior.

Jonah and his wife were super easy to work with and already had the trailer filled with water and everything. Their trailer was perfect for the needs we had. Never had to use the shower or oven, but it seemed like they were in great condition. The trailer is beautiful and looks new.

The owners of this RV are great and bent over backwards to help us with pick up and drop off times outside the normal times. The reason for the 4 stars is simply due to how the unit is stocked. It shows it sleeps 10 but the hide a bed/couch has the original plastic on it which they won't let you remove so sleeping on that bed is impossible due to the noise and uncomfortable plastic. If you rent this you will also want to bring the following items as they are not stocked: knives, forks, spoons, dishwashing detergent, spatula, cheese grater, microwave safe dishes or bring all paper dishes, a good can opener (the one there doesn't work well), paper towels, bath towels, and bedding for all the beds except the prime suite. None of these were big issues because we had a chance to see what was there before we left on the trip. Just trying to help anyone who wants to pick this up and go straight from pick up camping.

The Scott family have a great trailer with all the modern amenities. It is a great layout and ran beautifully in the wild/off grid. They provide a generator and fully appointed trailer with camping dishes and sheets and towels for the trip! I highly recommend this rig for your next trip. The family was kind and easy to work with!
