The owner is very very responsive and helpful. The RV is in good shape and functional. I had a few issues that they helped me learn how to utilize the system. I did have some problems with the battery as I was dry camping, but with all RVs, these batteries only last 2 days max and then you have to hook them up to a generator or charger. Just the norm.

Great experience! We went to San Simeon RV Campground and had a great time with our family of 4 in this trailer. Very roomy and comfortable!

Overall a good experience. Unlimited miles is a plus! We had it for 5 days just wished it hadn't rained so much in Northern CA.
