This was our first RV experience and it was a huge success! Kristin & Raymond were tremendous hosts. The RV was in amazing shape and the step-by-step instructions we were provided were perfect. We spent 3 nights on the Northern California coast in 2 different campgrounds. We were able to hook up with no issues, cooked all of our meals in the RV and had wonderfully restful nights. We can't wait to book West Coast Wanda again! Kristen & Raymond, thank you for making this such a memorable experience!

Ray and Kristen were fantastic hosts who provided a thoroughly clean and capable rig with all the amenities you may need, large and small, conveniently provided on board to make your traveling and camping experience as fool proof as possible. The vehicle was easy to drive and handled well in the wind and rain, and me, my wife, and our two teenage girls were all comfortable during the cold nights of late November. We traveled with another family who also rented an RV and they were not nearly as well provided for, nor familiarized with their mobile home, as we were thanks to the hard work and consideration of Ray and Kristen. They were also available almost instantly if we had any questions or concerns during our trip for which we were very grateful and appreciative.

We were blessed enough to have the pleasure of journeying with Wanda from California to Tennessee! It was an awesome adventure, she had everything we could possibly desire for such a journey. Ray and Kristen were the most gracious hosts, and gave us the opportunity to take their well taken care of “home on wheels” for the epic journey.
She handled like a dream, navigating the snakelike roads within a number of National Parks, to the straight narrow paths of desert roadways. She was adequately equipped with all the modern day amenities, plenty of storage space for our luggage and all the trinkets we gathered along our travels.
Not once did we feel cramped or uncomfortable, and we’re not exactly “small people” the pop out makes it feel like a spacious studio apartment. It’s perfect for a traveling couple or small family. The Diesel engine ran great with no issues over 5000 miles! Newer tires made the ride smooth and buttery.
The climate within the cabin was always easily maintained even with below freezing temperatures outside. We couldn’t be happier with our “Road Warrior” Wanda.
Thank you for the epic memories, we hope to cross paths again!

Raymond and Kristen have put together a premium package of written instructions and videos that are invaluable for the RV renter. The videos that explain the basics, like how to properly empty the black and gray water tanks demystify the process, and show the best way. The inventory of supplied dishes, cooking gear, chairs, barbecue, and linens make it clear for the renter on what to expect to have on hand to use while RV-ing. The Prism RV is in excellent condition, well equipped, easy to drive, and plenty of room inside. Raymond is totally easy to talk to, very helpful, clear demonstration of how to operate the slide out, fill propane tanks, water tanks, and tips on how to manage water usage. Their RV Guide is worth keeping for future reference. I recommend them and their RV 100%

Raymond and Kristin were great communicators and very accommodating. Their guide book was very thorough and handy! Will rent from them in the future.
