Simon and James were very accommadating and made the RV rental experience an easy process. This was the first RV trip for my wife and me, so we probably could have asked more questions before beginning, or spent more time going over all of the features, but the unit was easy to drive and operate, even for a beginner, and their availability for questions was appreciated. It met all of our needs and made for an enjoyable experience.
