We are Jo and Cody. We’re both born and raised in the Midwest but we met in Alaska and connected over our love for adventure. We bought an offroad modern “teardrop” camping trailer in 2019 and customized it to meet our needs. The result is one heck of an awesome all-terrain rig that gets noticed everywhere it goes. We’ve loved travelling with the camper and have even lived out of it one winter in Alaska. We recently bought a fixer-upper in Maine that we're busy working on so while we aren’t using our camper, we’d love for others to experience the joy of living big in a tiny camper.

TrailerRental #227356

This little trailer is 5 feet wide by 9 feet long and weighs around 1300 lbs. That means that it can be towed by pretty much anything with a tow hitch. (Trailer has 7 pin connector and requires 2" ball). The great thing about this trailer is that it is so lightweight you’ll hardly notice you’re towing anything. Inside is a so comfy, full sized 6” memory foam mattress. The galley has a slide out fridge and rustic cold-water sink. A camp stove, propane, plates, utensils, and cookware are provided. The trailer also has an 11 gallon water tank, led lighting, Vent Fan with cover and multiple 12v and usb ports. All of this is powered by a 100 watt solar panel mounted to the roof and two 220 ah batteries. Make sure to park with the panel in the sun and you’ll have plenty of power to charge all your devices, keep the fridge cold, use lights, and run the fan. The trailer also comes with awnings on both sides for shade (or rain cover). The trailer has doors on each side as well so you don't have to crawl over your partner to get out. We also have an optional ARB tent room that attaches directly to the awning for additional living space. All four walls can open completely, close completely for privacy, or be zipped down leaving mesh walls for a screen room if bugs are an issue. The awning room is an awesome place for pets to sleep or hang out fyi! We’ll also provide a table for setting up the stove and some basic camp necessities.

Jo and Cody were so nice and helpful! They even rigged up the electrical to make it work since our van connection wasn’t correct. The trailer had everything we needed. The refrigerator kept everything very cold. We used the camper stove all 3 nights for dinner. We need more practice in backing into campground spaces. So stressful! We stayed in Acadia National Park and loved everything we did: hiking, biking on the carriage trails, and kayaking (saw Harbor Seals popping around us). If we are ever in the area again, we would rent from Jo again.

It was fantastic! The perfect way to have a comfortable camping experience and enjoy time with family. The owners dropped off the trailer, set it up, and picked it up when we were done. They were so friendly and easy to work with! The trailer had many thoughtful amenities - kitchen utensils, electronic hookups, board/card games, and nice bedding to make the whole experience cozy and fun. We loved it!

Our trip in Jo’s small camper trailer was perfect. We spent about half the trip in campgrounds and half the trip boondocking. This rig excels at both. The solar panels keep the fridge going and the roof fan keeps the bed area nice and cool. The kitchen area in the back of the rig is well-designed and a pleasure to use, whether you’re on cooking or clean-up duty. The bed was very comfy. Such a great upgrade from tent camping. Highly recommend.

Great experience, owners have added some nice touches to the camper which made the trip even more enjoyable, and we loved the features of the Camper. Like the ceiling fan, propane w/cooker and small refrigerator. Also the awnings are are a great plus! Working with the owners also was a great experience. They are definitely running a classy operation. I would definitely rent from them again...
