Guests love it for first-timers

Guest review behind this vibe (5 / 5, March 2022):
> We had tons of fun with Matt's RV!! He knew it wasn't easy for first timers to start learning how to camp with an RV. Before confirming the reservation, Matt had been very responsive to our questions. When the date was getting closer, Matt also helped out with what we should or should not pack. It is just an amazing breakthrough experience for our family to use the RV for camping the first time. The RV was easy to drive. Matt had explained everything in details and prepared a very user-friendly manual that we could refer to throughout the trip. We figured out most of the stuff, and Matt kept answering our questions during our trip. He explained these questions. It was just we forgot about it, haha! We were most afraid of the dumping at the end, but the reality was easier and faster than we thought. As a mom of two, I personally liked the kitchen the most, and bathroom and tons of storage space had given many convinence. We camped in the winter and the heat was very good. We have told several families about Matt's RV. Thank you Matt! We will come back!

Review summary (AI-generated from guest reviews):
- Provides comprehensive support and communication: Matt offers prompt communication, a detailed manual, and driving lessons, praised as helpful. Issues arose during pickups when he was absent, leading to poor communication and lack of orientation from replacements.
- Easy, fun vintage driving: This 80s RV offers a charming vintage feel, modernized with infotainment. It's generally easy to drive and reliable. Amenities like heat, stove, and fridge (one reported failure) work well. Note firm cab-over bed, quick fuel drop from 1/4 tank, and no power hookups.
