GoCamp is a small, woman-owned camper van rental company. We work with busy camper van owners who want to rent out their vehicles through a reputable business, but typically have a day job and not a lot of time to manage their listings. We are small by design; we curate the fleet, typically by invitation, and only include the very best vans and the nicest owners. You’ll work with GoCamp as you are deciding between various options and making plans, and once your trip is confirmed we’ll introduce you directly to the van’s owner. GoCamp vans are available for pick up at select locations in California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Utah. Everything you need is included in the base rental rate – bedding, kitchen and cookware, camp chairs, and more. Please don’t hesitate to be in touch with any questions. Best, Deborah

The Winnebago Solis worked well for what we wanted. We had never vacationed with an RV before. The four of us trekked from Seattle to Los Angeles and back again in 10 nights. The Solis drives as a big van. We did fine going through the cities. The systems worked well except we couldn’t figure out the hot water. Steve told us but we didn’t remember how to make it work and there weren’t adequate written instructions in the van. That was probably mostly my own fault. Steve was super. He is a very nice and honest guy.

GoCamp’s answer

Sounds like an epic trip - we are so glad you had a great first camper van adventure!

Like-new camper van. Everything functioning well. I found some of the controls for various things (how to empty the black water basin, how to use the hot water, how to turn on the gas for the stove) to be not very straightforward, and could use some easily accessible dummy proof instructions. That being said I’m a newbie to the camper-van game, so that may be a function of the operator.

GoCamp’s answer

Thanks for letting us know, Andrew. Noted - and we are glad you had a great trip!

Stephen's camper van worked perfectly for a long cross country trip in mild and cold conditions. We were able to spend several nights on BLM land and never ran out of power or water. The cabin is convertible and spacious. Our 10 year son loved the pop up top. I would recommend this van and experience to others :)
