Winter Camping Update! As the temps drop that doesn't mean you can't camp in comfort. With enclosed water and waste tanks, you can still have water in the winter. Message us on where you want to go and we can discuss how to safely carry and use water in the winter. Everyone loves hot showers and the convenience of water in the winter! And of course, being 4 Season with a high output heater, you will stay super warm.
After Mid October (temperature/destination dependent) we will have a de-winterization fee that covers removing the anti-freeze from the water system for those that want to have water onboard. No fee if you don't want/need water.
Get ready for an adventure! Our Lance is a great family RV that is easy to tow and will go into tighter, smaller spots in campgrounds. Large tanks and an optional generator allow you to boondock without worries. Our latest adventure took us to southern Utah and Canyonlands, Arches, Zion and Bryce. We want to see where our ship takes you!
Sleeping arrangements are one queen bed, 2-3 bunks in the back for the kids and the dinette converts to sleep 1 adult or a couple of kids.
Air conditioner and heater keep you cool and warm and comes with two propane tanks. 4 Season with enclosed heated tanks allow you to have water in the winter.

This rig has been from South Dakota to Arizona and most places in between. It's size allows you you fit in smaller Forest Service sites. It tows very easy with a 1/2 Ton. We have an F-150 and it is a breeze with it.
Other things to note
We allow dogs in the rig but expect that any 'issues' are taken care of prior to return. There isn't any carpet so clean up is easy.
No smoking or vaping inside.
Depending on the length of rental and type of camping, we may require a generator to keep the batteries charged properly. We have one to use for an additional fee.
Gray and black tanks must be emptied prior to returning. $100 fee if we have to do it.
After Aug 31, propane is charged by how much you use. $30/full tank, $15/half tank.
