Get ready for an adventure! Our Lance is a great family RV that is easy to tow and will go into tighter, smaller spots in campgrounds. Large tanks and an optional generator allow you to boondock without worries. Our latest adventure took us to southern Utah and Canyonlands, Arches, Zion and Bryce. We want to see where our ship takes you! Sleeping arrangements are one queen bed, 2-3 bunks in the back for the kids and the dinette converts to sleep 1 adult or a couple of kids. Air conditioner and heater keep you cool and warm and comes with two propane tanks. 4 Season with enclosed heated tanks allow you to have water in the winter. Full bathroom with Oxygenics shower, separate sink and privacy door. Nice kitchen and big refrigerator. 45 gallon fresh water tank and 40 gal gray and black tanks. Lots of storage inside and out. Two 12V batteries. Power stabilizer jacks. We can set you up with everything you need for a great camping trip. We will also be willing to tow and set it up for you depending on location and timing. We don't charge fees for cleaning, using our hitch, etc. As long as the camper comes back clean there is no charge. We recommend using our equalization hitch for safety. Check out our website for more information and to see our other available campers: Between mid October and mid March (temperature/destination dependent) we will have a de-winterization fee that covers removing the anti-freeze from the water system for those that want to have water onboard. No fee if you don't want/need water.

What's included

Coleman grill with propane hookup
Small side table
Fresh linens for the beds if needed
Pots, pan and utensils
Equalizing Hitch with Anti Sway
Let us know what else you need!

Recommendations

This rig has been from South Dakota to Arizona and most places in between. It's size allows you you fit in smaller Forest Service sites. It tows very easy with a 1/2 Ton pickup or equivalent. We have an F-150 and it is a breeze with it.

Other things to note

- We allow dogs in the rig but expect that any 'issues' are taken care of prior to return. There isn't any carpet so clean up is easy.
- No smoking or vaping inside.
- Depending on the length of rental and type of camping, we may require a generator to keep the batteries charged properly. We have one to use for an additional fee.
- Gray and black tanks must be emptied prior to returning. $100 fee if we have to do it.
- After Aug 31, propane is charged by how much you use. $25/full tank, $15/half tank. You can top off the propane tanks yourself.
- Please ensure your vehicle is able to tow this camper safely. Here is a good guide: https://www.trailerlife.com/trailer-towing-guides/. We have a wireless brake controller for rent if your vehicle does not have one already installed.

We had a great time Traveling in lees RV. He was so helpful and kind to us. We’ve never camped or traveled pulling RVs. Nine people, three RVs , and four dogs. We had a wonderful time in the beautiful state of Colorado. The Lance was super easy, very comfortable and clean. Thanks Lee for our 2021 vacation.

The Lance 2185 we rented from Lee was great! Everything was clean, worked very well, and had room enough for our family of 6. Lee was very communicative from the start and was extremely friendly and helpful walking us through hookup, towing, and setup. We would absolutely rent from Lee again. This was a great experience!

We could not be happier returning from our amazing 1st Camper Experience! Lee was the best instructor on how to use an RV. We had everything we needed while camping and Lee was always a phone call away if we had any questions! We had plenty of room for friends to come play cards and hang out while it was hot outside! We will be renting other campers from Coffee By The Creek!!!

We loved our trip in this camper. It's our favorite rental so far! Lee is very nice, super responsive and very flexible with pickup and drop off. He gave a brief but complete overview of the camper before I drove away. We're not first timers but if you are I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Lee, he'll make it simple for you. The camper was extremely clean when we picked it up, full of propane with a cooled-down fridge. Everything functions perfectly. This camper pulls very easily, we towed it with an F-150 up several mountain passes with no issues. The layout is very spacious with the slide out and two doors. The kids loved the bunk beds - this would be a good choice if you have 3 or 4 kids as the bunk can be made into a triple. The camper is stocked with the essentials (pots, pans, utensils, cleaning supplies) but not so full that there's not still plenty of storage for anything you want to bring with you. We found we had plenty of storage for clothes, food and towels we brought with us.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.Tell Me About Camping in the Winter
A.
Winter camping, especially in Colorado, takes planning and coordination. We do not allow our campers to be taken to ski destinations during Jan & Feb, unless the weather is 100% favorable. There is too much risk for someone who is not very experienced in towing to be put in those situations. Other than ski destinations, our camper can go just about anywhere. We have stayed in it into single digits. Talk to us about where you to travel and we will work with you on the best solution.

Q.I haven't towed something this large before. Will I be OK?
A.
All of our campers are easy to tow. We provide a weight distribution hitch with anti-sway at no cost. As long as you have confidence in your abilities, drive carefully, and your vehicle has the appropriate towing capabilities you will be fine. We have a wireless brake controller for rent if your vehicle doesn't have one. Towing capacity is the weight of the trailer, vehicle occupants, cargo, etc, and is rated at sea level. Talk to us about your vehicle and destination so you have a safe trip.
